| Job Description - Senior Network Engineer Location: ONSITE IN NYC (56th &6th) NEED LOCAL ONLYWITH DL Client: Brevan Howard (Hedge Fund Client) Duration: 12+ months MOI: Skype Visa: NO CPT/H1B Must have recent financial services background (Banking, investment banking, investment management, capital markets) Need 4-5 page resume Main Duties/Responsibilities Of The Role Maintaining data, voice or video network hardware and systems; investigates and resolves network and hardware matters of significance; research, analyzes, isolates, and resolves errors; assesses and updates older networks as needed and in accordance with specified plans. Effectively deal with tickets and incidents passed on from the service desk. Provides technical support on data, voice, or video networks for internal and/or external customers; answers technical questions; recommends and implements approved course of action. Provides technical leadership for data or voice network problem escalation and resolution. Design, deploy and manage a corporate enterprise and executive office environment that is growing at an unprecedented pace. Required Candidate should have more than 10 years of experience A minimum of 5 years experience of supporting a global network, delivering complete end to end connectivity zScaler (ZIA/ZPA), VXLAN, Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Must have Low Latency experience. (Working with traders in a high traffic environment) Proven ability to organise & prioritise multiple tasks daily Strong analytical abilities with a good level of investigative skills Service oriented, accurate, effective, and able to work unsupervised even under pressure Responsive and adaptable in a dynamic, collaborative work environment. CCNP, Minimum CCNA Required Support, management, and implementation of Next-Gen Firewalls Wireless (Meraki preferred) Site to Site VPNs on various devices (Inc IOS) Thorough knowledge of various routing protocols: BGP, OSPF & EIGRP Cisco Nexus 9000 Cisco ISE & 802.1x Zscaler ZIA / ZPA Multicast Cloud Networking (AWS preferred) Familiar with Cisco product range Palo Alto VXLAN SDWAN Cisco DNAC & SDA Cisco Call Manager/Collaboration Automation (Python/Ansible/Terraform) SSL Decryption Om Verma Tech.
