Respond to and resolve technical incidents and issues. Automate routine system tasks and processes. Assist with capacity planning and resource allocation. Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance. Learn and apply new technologies and best practices. Qualifications: Basic understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python). Knowledge of networking and cloud infrastructure concepts.
