Cyber security Key Responsibilities: Debugging and Troubleshooting: Utilize advanced debugging skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and fix complex system problems. Data Management and Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Manage and analyze data within Snowflake, ensuring data integrity and availability. Cybersecurity: Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect against cyber-attacks and data breaches. Monitor and analyze cyber-attack data to identify and mitigate potential threats. Handle spyware attack assessments and responses. Splunk Management: Configure, deploy, and maintain Splunk for log management and system monitoring. Continuously track and analyze system logs to identify anomalies and potential security issues. Work with Splunk Avilogic platform on Snowflake to enhance log management and data retrieval. Laptop and System Assessment: Perform laptop assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and operational standards. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to laptops and other systems. Data Retrieval and Sourcing: Source and retrieve data efficiently for analysis and reporting. Ensure accurate and timely data availability for decision-making processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Python programming for automation tasks. Strong experience with SQL and Snowflake for data management and analysis. Hands-on experience with Splunk for log management and system monitoring. Familiarity with Splunk Avilogic platform and its integration with Snowflake. Cybersecurity Knowledge: Understanding of cyber security principles and best practices. Experience in managing cyber-attack data security and spyware attacks. Experience: Proven experience in a technical specialist or similar role, preferably in a cybersecurity or data management context. Experience with system assessments and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Education and Certification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
