Role : BPM with Java experience (Hybrid) Location: New York City, NY Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications on Business Process Management (BPM) platforms, including front-end interfaces and integrations with backend services and technical systems. Utilize various programming languages and web technologies (Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS) to deliver solutions on BPM platforms. Ensure application designs are consistent with industry best practices including scalability, availability, maintainability, and flexibility. Serve as a subject matter expert for BPM application development, including configuration, integration, and customization of complex environments. Work closely with product teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions for business processes in a collaborative and agile environment. Required Skills: Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) platforms or related technologies Strong proficiency in front-end development technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience with Java building microservices and web applications (eg.
