Effectively deal with tickets and incidents passed on from the service desk. Provides technical support on data, voice, or video networks for internal and/or external customers; answers technical questions; recommends and implements approved course of action. Provides technical leadership for data or voice network problem escalation and resolution. Design, deploy and manage a corporate enterprise and executive office environment that is growing at an unprecedented pace. Required Candidate should have more than 10 years of experience A minimum of 5 years experience of supporting a global network, delivering complete end to end connectivity zScaler (ZIA/ZPA), VXLAN, Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Must have Low Latency experience. (Working with traders in a high traffic environment) Proven ability to organise & prioritise multiple tasks daily Strong analytical abilities with a good level of investigative skills Service oriented, accurate, effective, and able to work unsupervised even under pressure Responsive and adaptable in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
