Position: Data Analysts with Axiom Location: Atlanta, GA (3 days a week onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Mode of interview: Phone and Video Job Description: Analyze data trends and distributions across multiple products and sources to map and document the existing source data to the data elements for 20 product categories in scope for Axiom implementation. Coordinate with BAs and Solution Manager for them to update requirements/solution design. Translate complex data findings into understandable insights for non-tech stakeholders to document and map the functional requirements to the expected solution. Must have understanding of Banking Products and Regulatory Reporting and Controls to browse through the complex data structures/layers across the FRDM data model. Create deliverables for Business Requirements document, Process Maps and Systems Requirements Responsible for the Business Data Analysis and create respective source to target mapping documents working with cross workstream teams, LOB and IT teams, Includes: data requirements, data definitions, data consumption / utilization across Co-ordinate the communication for data requirements and data mapping with the development teams. Interact with business user community for converting the business requirements into technical functionalities. Report and resolve adhoc queries from business users and development team with respect to source data. Write SQL queries and provide analytical solutions. Create source to target mapping documentation in consensus with the business user community.
