The ideal candidate will have experience delegating work to remote teams in India while being capable of hands-on coding. This role requires onsite presence in Seattle, WA, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using React for front-end development and appropriate back-end technologies. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with and delegate tasks to a remote development team in India, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work. Integrate front-end components with server-side logic to create seamless user experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack. Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are maintained. Ensure project milestones are met within deadlines while managing priorities and workload. Qualifications: Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a focus on React. Proven ability to work onsite and manage remote teams effectively, particularly with delegating tasks to teams in India. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or similar) and database management (SQL, NoSQL). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
