Main responsibilities: Consult with the business teams to understand and assess business requirements for the configuration, testing, implementation, and development of key business reports and analytics. Knowledge and ability to use and administer the organization's technology practices, standards and procedures. What we are searching for: 4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience. Minimum 4 years of recent techno functional experience in HCM Oracle Cloud HCM (Mainly HCM and Benefits Modules) is needed. Minimum 4 years of technical and development experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Benefits modules. Must have hands-on experience with developing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud. A deep knowledge of HCM Data Extract and OTBI/BI Publisher is required. Must have hands-on experience with flex fields, HDLs, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, user defined tables, value sets, value sets. Hands-on Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) is Required. Experience with Benefits Fast Formula, benefits eligibility profiles are Required.
