If they have exposure to loyalty payment programs, credit card roll outs, company credit card would be a plus from the domain perspective. Duties/Day to Day Overview : These are high level roles leader. This is not a passive reporter that roll up updates to leaders. These are people that are running programs, structuring programs, helping leaders understand technically, product/engineering leaders what is possible and what is not possible. Giving options and solutions. Experience/ credibility / drive They will be involved in the Road Map Specific at the beginning of the year but it is now finalized, so ongoing process of tunning. They are not just taking a roadmap that someone else put together. They are part of the process of ensuring there is a roadmap Key difference They can work with structured companies where the whole year is planned out Lots of data and reporting changes that happen every year Understanding the data, from ETL or data lake, understanding how that data is put together and the challenges the technical team has to go through is useful. Understanding biz users are looking to see reports in front of them they have no clue how that report was put together, need to be able to explain. Soft skills: Worked in Software development and how you do custom work Platform upgrades not typically a product or businessperson involved, this is a tech functionality. Working with engineering resources that dont think of project delivery. Or milestones. Setting up test demos. Looking at staging the projects.
