Its important for this person to be a driver, accomplish goals, push vendors, provide status updates, etc. So theres not a lot of technical requirements to Ill be tough on communication ability and resume. GC/USC Only ! ( LinkedIn Must ) !--Locals Only . I know communication is a HUGE deal here. Primary role is eclerx software launch. Wendy is business partner- people are going to do console work They dont have enough time. Driving contracts to completion. Good project plan. Weekly status meetings Defect measures. Not a ton of development more configuration. Need to keep the vendor moving or they will move traction. Phase 1 this year. Hugh $$ savings to replace with this software. ($700k). No hand holding. Strong PM. Project Plans. Drives to get activities going. Meeting coordinator, but pushing and driving, and hold people accountable. JIRA. Planview basic portfolio tool . Dont care too much on project management tool. Helpful to have Lucid Chart skills for process flows. Eclerx would have dedicated person on their side. Definite expectations hold them accountable. Potential project after this one is a System Replacement with SAP as the base layer. If they have SAP its a nice to have.
