Ability to distill complex topics into simple, compelling visual stories.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS Office (PPT), and working knowledge of Figma or XD.

Experience developing corporate reports and presentations, with a self-starter attitude and comfort in asking questions for clarity.

Top 3 Nice-To-Haves (Hard/Soft Skills) :

Experience with Creatopy, Ceros, and Canva.

Comfort with ambiguity and sound judgment on when to escalate for guidance.

Proficiency in Spanish.

Education Requirements : A BA in Graphic Design or 5 years of relevant experience.

Years of Experience Required: 3-6 years.

Job Function Summary : The Graphic Designer ensures every customer-facing communication product aligns with PGEs brand promise.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage creative projects from concept to completion with attention to detail, deadlines, and adherence to PGEs strategic direction.

Develop collateral for various assignments/projects while maintaining consistent brand standards and staying current with creative trends.

Collaborate with clients and teams to assess project requirements and establish timelines, ensuring appropriate visual, content, and animated elements are included.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., designers, copywriters, photographers) to deliver on projects.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

Functional Competencies :

Intermediate knowledge of graphic design, content creation, and audio/visual principles.

Understanding of user interface design and digital graphics.

Proficiency in design software and print/digital production.

Ability to develop and maintain file organization and archiving systems.

General Competencies :

Analytical thinking, conflict management, influence, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

Intermediate project management and communication skills.
