Role : Performance Tester Location : Phoenix, AZ (Onsite ) Type : Contract Position Rate : $55/hr on C2C / H1B Must Have Skills: Performance testing Lead using tool Apache JMeter LoadRunner Nice to have skills: Good Business communications & Presentation skills Job Description: 7+ years of experience in Performance testing with emphasis on test design, analysis, monitoring & troubleshooting Strong in JMeter performance testing experience. Experience in performance framework design and implementation according to the project structure. Good understanding of performance testing concepts and hands-on experience creating the performance testing scripts in mentioned tools Experience with parameterization, correlation, workload modelling, load scenario design for UI, API, Microservices environments. Experience working in Scrum and attending various Agile meetings (Daily scrum meeting/Sprint planning/Backlog refinement) is good to have. Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace for troubleshooting performance issues.
