Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development: Design, develop, test, and implement solutions to enhance existing systems and meet client needs, including Accela applications, web services, and client-server applications.

Technical Consultation: Serve as a technical advisor to team members and clients, offering solutions that optimize and automate business processes.

Accela Expertise: Provide specialized support for Accela Civic Platform implementation, configuration, and scripting (event, batch, page flow, expression).

Reporting & Security: Develop and maintain custom reports (SSRS, Crystal Reports) and manage application security roles and best practices.

Database Management: Work with Microsoft SQL Server databases, including developing and maintaining database structures.

Version Control: Utilize SVN and GIT repositories for code promotion and version control.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

3
-5 years of experience in Accela design, development, and support.

Strong expertise
in JavaScript, SQL, and Accela configuration (scripting, reporting, pageflow).

Familiarity
with SVN and GIT code repositories (1-3 years).

Proven experience in developing reports
using SSRS and Crystal Reports.

Strong understanding of relational database concepts and experience with
Microsoft SQL Server.

Ability to configure security roles and manage Accelas Configuration Manager for imports/exports.

Desired Skills:

Experience with
Accela GIS and Accela Mobile apps.

Understanding
of Accela payment adapter configurations.

Familiarity with the Accela
Data Migration Tool.
