| Hello Partner, Position: ServiceNow Developer Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Experience: 10+ Years Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain solutions within ServiceNow ITSM, including CMDB, Custom Applications, Reporting, and DevOps Modules. Customize ServiceNow using UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflows. Build and manage Service Portals within the ServiceNow platform. Hands-on experience with DevOps configurations, including ServiceNow Change Velocity and integration with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines. Understand and optimize DevOps Change Velocity to collect data from planning, coding, testing, and orchestration tools, providing comprehensive visibility across the software delivery lifecycle. Automate change requests creation from CI/CD pipelines, with approval processes based on pre-configured policies. Perform ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, along with third-party integrations using REST APIs. Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for platform-related issues independently or as part of a team. Maintain platform stability by diagnosing and addressing performance and technical issues. Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow Development experience, including customization and workflow automation. Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. Strong background in DevOps methodologies and tools, including Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
