Experience in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One drive, Zoom and Webex. Good of knowledge of managing Experience management and Desktop engineering. Very good understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services. Experience with Application packaging, Desktop engineering, Webex, Zoom, L3 exposure for Application packaging, Desktop engineering, Webex, Zoom, Digital Signage. Proficient ((level 3/ 4 expert) in messaging/collaboration tools such as MS Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Zoom and Webex Exposure in migration of devices from one platform to other-Mobile device management (MDM - Workspace One and Intune).
