Position: Ruby On Rails Lead Developer (Need to have experience Leading team and working on Complex Projects) Location: Remote Job type: Contract Job description: - Ruby on Rails or similar MVC framework knowledge (Django, Spring, etc.) Ruby experience or similar dynamic language (Javascript, Python) MongoDB or similar NoSql database. Front end skills (HTML, CSS, Vue.js or similar). Strong communication and problem solving skills. Attention to detail and clean coding skills.  Preferred Qualifications: Experience with testing automation (unit, integration, system, load). Knowledge building Java backend services without a framework. Experience in Kafka or other event streaming technologies.
