Azure DevOps. - Follow Scrum Agile Methology.. C# is primary lang.. OOP is necessary. Not an industry standard web app. Needs to have offline capabilities (reporting back to DT. - Windows app dev will help candidates give an idea how desktop apps work. Its a nice to have itll facilitate them to work effectively. not mandatory though - Unit testing using B-unit. Specific for Blazor testing Xunit or N unit is also fine..
