Top Three Skills: 1. Experience with Hardware testing and deployment 2. History of being a part of the decision-making process on selecting equipment standards 3. Powershell scripting or other experience in developing software packages / updates and/or pushing out applications using a device management system. Core Responsibilities Capturing business and technical requirements for hardware solutions when engaged to support specific projects or new adoptions. (Laptops / Desktops / Displays / Mobile Devices / Printers / Scanners / Payment Devices/ MTR Kits / Conference Room Camera / Audio Equipment / Misc. Peripherals, etc.). Make decisions around hardware configurations and systems specifications. Coordinating and leading in the design, testing, evaluation, implementation, and support of solutions on an enterprise-wide scale (hardware, software, systems tools, and IT processes). Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware deployments (Bios/firmware/drivers). Design and document enterprise standards and procedures. Ensure proposed solutions and platforms/systems conform to established enterprise/industry standards (systems management, security, operating systems, etc.). Maintain lifecycle of hardware across the enterprise with over 100k devices. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of dynamically responsible work experience in Endpoint Engineering.
