Senior Agile Coach 2. Coach, mentor, and facilitate the team members adoption of an Agile mindset, including ownership, self-management and empowerment. 3. Manage and facilitate the scrum team's daily work including execution of Sprint Ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Retrospective) Manage and facilitate the scrum team's daily work including execution of Sprint Ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Retrospective) 4. Capturing and tracking sprint metrics (e.g., team velocity), and being accountable for the continuous improvement of the scrum team 5. Create a collaborative environment which allows the team and stakeholders to interact closely. 6. Identifying and removing impediments to allow the team to focus on development. 7. Help the team identify its strengths and weaknesses. 8. Motivating and acting as the glue that holds the team together. 9. Act as a Coach/Mentor to other teams and more junior Scrum Masters in the same portfolio 10. Apply working knowledge of waterfall/traditional project management practices to integrate waterfall teams and venders into the Agile portfolio, and encourage their steady transition into adopting Agile practices 11. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of work plans to determine the required tasks and resources. 12. Create schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
