By leading and managing the implementation of a new CRM platform and other key projects to completion, ensuring they are delivered on-time and within budget. The Project / Program Manager will engage with internal clients, vendors, and stakeholders, overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure. Proven experience managing complex projects, with a focus on technology infrastructure and CRM platform implementation. Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including executive-level individuals, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management applications and systems; experience with Microsoft Visio or similar workflow modeling tools preferred. Strong understanding of relational database concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on managing complex projects and executive stakeholder engagement. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
