Scope of Work: The Wayfinding Enhancement Program Phase 2 (Program) will include the design and implementation of static and/or digital wayfinding and signage upgrades throughout the Airport as well as specialized amenity products such as water filling stations and liquid collection units. The goal is to continue the phased implementation of the new standard products to provide clear wayfinding and make the guest experience superior to any other airport. The contractor shall provide the following Services: Program Controls and Reporting Program Scheduling Services Program Budget and Estimating Services Document Control Services Stakeholder Engagement Process Participation and Administration Commissioning, Activation, And Simulation Sustainability Program Coordination Airport Strategic Plan Structured Collaborative Partnering Process Pre-Programming Phase Programming Phase Design Phase Construction Phase Activation Phase Minimum Qualifications: In the past ten (10) years, managed a construction project valued at $25,000,000 or more, using the design-build project delivery method, including implementation of guaranteed maximum price, cost forecasting/cost models, and trade bid packages In the past ten (10) years, managed a public sector construction project that included structured collaborative partnering and a stakeholder engagement program In the past ten (10) years, managed wayfinding and signage improvement project through all of the following phases: programming, design, construction/implementation, activation, and closeout Keywords: Project Manager - WayFinding - San Francisco, CA [email protected] |
