Required Skills: Functional HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Absence and Time Tracking Experience as a product owner in the space is very desirable Techno Functional experience is needed but building integrations is not necessary Deep skills in the module doing functional configurations. 5+ years of experience. Experience in HCM, Absence, time tracking. Workday fundamentals, business process. Reports: Simple, advanced, matrix, composite BIRT. Need someone who can come in and work autonomously and be a doer--no handholding. Ability to interface with business units (both technical and functional). Understand how to build integrations, though the emphasis is fine tuning versus building from scratch. (Preferred) Workday extend experience. Extend rolled out in 2020--it's a way to code in Workday without having to change the code line (understand Workday studio and Workday programming language).
