Should be knowledgeable on software side of printers., and handled anything related to Software. Should have Server knowledge and experience on any Server environment. Roles & Responsibilities: This is a lead role within the team and you will be expected to act in a working-supervisor role. Candidate should have 4-6 years of experience with HP Pharos software. As a Senior Administrator, you should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues. Printer support, candidate should have experience supporting enterprise printing infrastructure. Candidate should have good experience in desktop support tier 2/3. Printer configuration experience ServiceNow INC/Task/REQ management experience. Problem solving abilities and Troubleshooting skills. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders. Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his / her tower Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement. Drive upgrades for all software products in print environment. Excel reporting or basic knowledge Attention to detail and can follow instructions. Webjet Admin or Remote printer EWS configuration a plus Basic Networking understanding, Net + certified a plus Junior systems admin experience a plus.
