Role: Product Manager with MS Power Platform Location: Remote Experience: 10+ Years Visa: No H1B Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to help establish and lead a new team focused on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and associated technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions using Power Automate, Co-Pilot (M365, Sales, Git), and Co-Pilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agent). Must Haves: 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on technology-driven products. 4+ years of recent project experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related automation technologies. Expertise with Co-Pilot (M365, Sales, Git) and Co-Pilot Studio for driving AI and automation initiatives. Proven track record of building and managing teams, especially in a startup or new project environment. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure the success of product initiatives. Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with the Power Platform. Knowledge of development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and experience working with engineering teams. Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or product management disciplines.
