This remote position will play a critical role in designing, developing, and hosting solutions within the Azure cloud environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with cloud-based architectures and a deep understanding of Azure services. You will be responsible for leading the migration path, setting up and managing Azure resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of hosted applications developed in technologies such as .Net Core, Angular, Blazor.Net, and SQL Server. Key Responsibilities: Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive cloud solutions leveraging Azure services to meet client requirements and project goals. Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructures that support application deployment, data management, and business continuity. Create and document detailed technical specifications and design blueprints for cloud solutions. Development and Implementation: Implement cloud-based solutions, including but not limited to, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Logic Apps, and App Services. Integrate various Azure services to create cohesive and efficient cloud solutions. Develop and maintain applications using .Net Core, Angular, Blazor.Net, and SQL Server. Migration and Optimization: Assist in determining the optimal migration path for transitioning applications and data to the Azure cloud. Plan and execute migration strategies while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing business operations. Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability. Resource Management and Monitoring: Setup, configure, and manage Azure resources including virtual machines, databases, storage accounts, and networking components. Monitor and manage cloud resources to ensure availability, performance, and security. Implement and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with both onsite and offshore development teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project objectives. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and peers. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, implementation procedures, and operational guidelines. Generate and present reports on cloud resource utilization, performance metrics, and project milestones. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all cloud solutions comply with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Promote best practices in cloud architecture, development, and operations. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 12 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years of recent and relevant experience in Azure cloud implementations. Technical Skills: Proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Logic Apps, App Services, and Azure DevOps. Strong knowledge of application development using .Net Core, Angular, Blazor.Net, and SQL Server. Proficiency in setting up, configuring, and managing Azure resources including virtual machines, databases, and networking components. Certifications: Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
