| From: RAHUL BALUSA, FISEC GLOBAL [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Oracle Cloud Architect Location: Miami, FL (Remote) Duration: Long term Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Service and Field Service Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions for service and field service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, architecting solutions, and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This is an onshore role, requiring deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, particularly in the Service and Field Service modules. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Service and Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategies. Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and map them to Oracle Cloud solutions. Configuration and Customization: Oversee the configuration of Oracle Cloud Service and Field Service applications, ensuring that customization aligns with best practices. Integration: Lead integration efforts between Oracle Cloud applications and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment. Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to project teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the solution through testing, validation, and documentation of business processes. Training and Support: Provide training and post-go-live support to end users and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuous improvement. Compliance and Security: Ensure the solution complies with data security, privacy policies, and regulatory requirements. Key Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Service and Field Service modules, with at least 5 years in a solution architect or technical leadership role. Oracle Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), and Oracle Service Cloud (CX Service). Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle PaaS, SaaS, and cloud integrations, with proficiency in REST APIs, web services, and middleware solutions. Business Acumen: Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions. Project Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders in an onshore/offshore delivery model. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Oracle Cloud certification in Service and/or Field Service is preferred. Preferred Experience: Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies. Experience in large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations, especially in service-centric industries (e.g., telecom, utilities, or manufacturing). Exposure to advanced Oracle tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle AI and machine learning modules, or Oracle Analytics.
