| From: Jeet kumar, Innoworx LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Job Title: SAP SD CS Consultant Location: Austin, TX Duration: 6 Months (In-person for 2 months) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP SD CS Consultant to join our team for a 6-month engagement with a client in Austin, TX. The consultant will be responsible for supporting requirement gathering and the go-live process. This role requires in-person collaboration for the initial two months. Key Responsibilities: Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs related to Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS). Configure SAP SD and CS modules according to client requirements and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules. Provide expertise in SAP SD CS processes, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and service processing. Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop and deliver user training and documentation to facilitate smooth user adoption. Support the go-live process, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions as needed. Monitor system performance post-implementation and make necessary adjustments. Qualifications: Proven experience as an SAP SD CS Consultant, with a minimum of [X] years in similar roles. Strong knowledge of SAP SD and CS functionalities and processes. Experience with requirement gathering, configuration, and user training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to travel to Austin, TX for the initial two months of the project.
