Role : Lead Application Developer Location : San Antonio, TX Looking for Java Fullstack developer (Expertise in React) Job description Collaborate with the development and design team to plan UI ideas, workflows, and user scenarios Review the application requirements and design to translate them into working code Develop UI components that are both web and mobile responsive Troubleshoot front-end issues and debug application code Monitor the performance of the UI-based components Use React toolkits when building UI features Follow proper documentation workflows and coding standards across the development process 5+ years of experience in software/web development A portfolio of deployed applications or projects Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML Wide knowledge of React, its implementations, and workarounds Understanding of basic design principles and SEO Familiarity with implementing RESTful APIs Attention to detail Good oral and written communication skills Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus Responsiblities (1.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (2.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (3.)
