Please find the below Job description and send the suitable resume to [email protected] Job Title: EHR Patient Access Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Required Skills: Must have strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to clinical and business leaders within the organization. Work with trainers to develop and maintain application specific training curriculum and materials Must have 5 years experience with Epic Cadence/Prelude 4+ years of direct client healthcare domain knowledge such as patient flow, scheduling, registration, Real Time Eligibility and Authorization, Insurance Verification, etc. Ability to work in small groups under tight project deadlines. Working closely with business and patient access leaders around Epic workflow and to translate business needs to Epic functionality. Must possess Epic certification in Patient Access, specifically Prelude and Cadence Minimum of five years progressive patient access/healthcare experience with demonstrated experience in Epic build. Self-starter with demonstrated teamwork & communication skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Experience working with Third Party Vendors such as Experian and Relay Health Not sure if this is applicable Knowledge of registration and scheduling operations and workflows Behavioral Health Developing testing scripts Responsibilities Serve as the primary support contact for the application's end-users Work in developing, designing, configuring, scripting, testing, and/or supporting applications for the business, research, and/or instructional functions of clients. Develop solutions using programming expertise for day-to-day problems to include maintenance, modification, or development of complex inter-related applications/solutions. Evaluate hardware availability and software requirements Identify issues that arise in the application and working to resolve them Guide workflow design, build and test the system, and analyze other technical issues associated with Epic software Identify and implement requested changes to the system Serve as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and Epic implementation staff Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives, including participating in weekly project team meetings Develop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows by attending site visits and other integrated sessions Review the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with leadership Hold weekly communications with team members to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, budget, and upcoming milestones Working Conditions (Essential): * May be required to work after hours or on weekends as needed * Infrequent travel * Pass pre-employment drug test We represent Logisoft Technologies, Inc. with pride; We present ourselves as a premiere Technology, Consulting, Product Development and Software Services Company.
