Please find the below Job description and send the suitable resume to [email protected] Job Title: Certified HB Billing Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Experience: 14+ Years Required Experience: At least 8 years of experience working with Epic Hospital Billing (HB). A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle or healthcare billing. Strong skills in leadership and the ability to present information effectively to clinical and business leaders. Must possess the Resolute HB certification. Ability to work under tight deadlines and in small groups. 5 years of experience working with vendors like Experian and Relay Health. Familiarity with various billing processes, including: Rapid Retest Payer/plan creation and maintenance Charge Router and Contracts Behavioral health and long-term care psychiatric billing CMS IPF PPS billing regulations Substance abuse billing (e.g., IOP, methadone dosing) Medicare exhaust billing Claims processes (e.g., no-pay claims, claim splits) Cash Management and self-pay remittance Responsibilities: Analyze and document business requirements for Epic system functionality. Test system changes and ensure they meet business requirements. Serve as the primary support contact for end-users of the application. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure system optimization and functionality. Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and data collection related to Epic EHR. Develop and maintain documentation and training for system changes. Additional Credentials: Must pass a general background check. Experience with electronic remittance and claims.
