Education and Experience Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of experience in PeopleSoft testing (HCM, FSCM, CRM, or other modules). Required Skills Strong experience with manual and automated testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, QTP, PeopleSoft Test Framework). Deep understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, integration points, and module-specific functionalities. Proficient in SQL queries for test data validation. Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner or JMeter is a plus. Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) for automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Desired Skills Experience in cloud-based PeopleSoft environments (e.g., Oracle Cloud). Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a DevOps environment. Certification in PeopleSoft applications or testing tools (e.g., ISTQB, Oracle certifications). Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Jenkins or Bamboo for CI/CD pipelines. Security Clearance Eligible to obtain a Public Trust.
