This remote role requires expertise in business process analysis and ServiceNow implementation, focusing on IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and HR Workflows.This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in North America. Responsibilities: Analyze current processes and workflows to identify improvements in transitioning from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow. Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements for ServiceNow implementations. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Develop process documentation, including maps and standard operating procedures. Conduct workshops and training sessions on new processes and ServiceNow functionalities. Monitor post-implementation performance for continuous improvement. Provide guidance on integrating ServiceNow with systems like SCCM, SCOM, SCSM, SAP, and Workday. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units. Requirements: 4+ years in business process consulting or analysis with ServiceNow and BMC Remedy experience. Proven track record in business process reengineering and optimization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Experience in conducting workshops and training. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and system integration.
