Role and Accountabilities: This opportunity will suit a motivated Business Process Consultant with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support, successfully delivering on a wide range of ServiceNow related technical engagements. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities in the transition from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for ServiceNow implementation, particularly in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and HR Workflows. Design and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions that optimize operational efficiency and align with business objectives. Lead the development of process documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders and users on new processes and ServiceNow functionalities. Monitor and analyze post-implementation performance to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization. Provide strategic guidance on integrating ServiceNow with other systems like SCCM, SCOM, SCSM, SAP, and Workday, ensuring seamless workflow and data consistency. Act as a liaison between the technical team and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of process changes. Qualifications: Skills and Experience Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process consulting or analysis, with a focus on IT service management systems, preferably including experience with ServiceNow and BMC Remedy. Demonstrated ability in leading business process reengineering and optimization projects, with a track record of delivering tangible improvements. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for a diverse audience, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption of new processes.- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience in integrating various IT systems and platforms for streamlined operations.
