You will be responsible for conducting As-Is studies, designing To-Be models, training key users, identifying process gaps, and providing suitable workarounds. Additionally, you will actively participate in data collection and loading activities, ensuring a smooth ERP implementation and support process. Key Responsibilities: As-Is Study: Conduct thorough assessments of existing client processes within Logistics, focusing on Order Management and Manufacturing operations. To-Be Model Building: Design and develop optimized future-state models that align with client objectives and best practices, incorporating Infor LN functionalities. Key User Training: Deliver comprehensive training programs to enable client personnel to effectively utilize Infor LN for Logistics processes. Process Gap Identification and Workaround Suggestions: Proactively identify discrepancies between current and target processes, proposing efficient solutions and workarounds. Data Collection and Loading: Assist in gathering and organizing data, ensuring accurate and timely loading into the Infor LN system. Miscellaneous Tasks: Contribute to various tasks associated with ERP implementation and support, such as documentation, testing, and issue resolution. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering: A strong foundation in engineering principles is essential for understanding and addressing technical aspects of Logistics processes. MBA (Preferred): An MBA degree can provide valuable business acumen and strategic thinking skills, enhancing your ability to consult with clients effectively. 12-15 Years of Relevant Experience: A minimum of 12-15 years of hands-on experience in Logistics, with a focus on Order Management and Manufacturing, is required. End-to-End Implementation and Infor LN Support: Demonstrated experience in successfully completing at least one full-cycle ERP implementation project and providing ongoing support for clients using the Infor LN application is crucial.
