Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure software quality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry best practices. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a .NET Developer in a tier one company. Strong programming skills in C#, ASP.NET, and other .NET technologies. In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL). Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Ability to lead and mentor junior developers. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Desired Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of microservices architecture. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
