You will leverage your deep understanding of PowerPlan and related financial and operational processes to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support for the PowerPlan application, addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues. Apply your hands-on experience with capital projects, capital budgets, fixed asset accounting, or business tax software to ensure accurate and efficient system operation. Collaborate with teams utilizing key enterprise applications like ERP and EAM systems, integrating PowerPlan seamlessly into the broader IT landscape. Contribute to the evolution of PowerPlan by providing valuable input into operational initiatives and demonstrating a positive team attitude. Develop a deep understanding of the business solutions PowerPlan provides to customers, focusing on 1-2 component modules. Cultivate and maintain technical proficiency in PowerPlan's primary development tools (SQL, PowerBuilder, .NET) and secondary tools as required (C, ABAP, etc.).
