Proven ability to define and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Strong experience in working with cross-functional IT and business teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Hands-on experience with functional design, test planning, and user documentation. Ability to lead test preparation, write scripts, and perform functional test execution. Data Analytics proficiency to analyze business issues and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with regulatory and legal requirements related to payment processing and risk control.
