Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and Saviynt (IdentityIQ: Comprehensive identity security (sailpoint.com)) Proven track record of managing and executing testing activities in complex IAM environments. Skills: Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and workflows. Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA) and experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for IAM projects using SailPoint IdentityIQ and Saviynt. Define test objectives, scope, and criteria for success. Work closely with IAM architects, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and provide recommendations for improvement. Communicate test results, progress, and issues to stakeholders. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
