Prepare for release retrospectives. Measure and analyze data for release key performance indicators. Competencies: Project Management Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: Key skills/attributes Experience in Semiconductor industry Hands-on JIRA/Confluence admin skills or another Project management tool Excellent Excel skills and ability to generate reports Technical/ software background (Comp Sci, Engineering or other technical degree) Very good communication and teamwork skills (for effective JIRA follow up) Reporting experience Detail-oriented and reliable. Well-organized.
