Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) components such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Proficient in Salesforce development tools including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules. Development & Problem-Solving: Solid understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Ability to design scalable solutions for high-performance applications. Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and non-technical users. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I, Administrator). Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and version control (e.g., Git). Familiarity with APIs and integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP). Experience with other Salesforce products (e.g., Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
