| D365 consultant Contract - Remote Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to client requirements. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on D365 functionality. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 applications. Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications and user guides. Stay current with D365 updates and industry trends to provide best practices and recommendations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of D365 with other systems. Support data migration and system integration activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Consultant or similar role. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.). Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) are preferred.
