The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in relational databases, SQL, and data transformation, along with strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and documentation of complex business and data relationships using Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs). Collaborate with both business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions. Develop and manage ETL processes for effective data transformation and integration. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa. Oversee the development and maintenance of documentation related to BI processes and data models. Top Skills & Experience Required: 10+ years of experience with relational databases and Structured Query Language (SQL). 10+ years of experience in documenting complex business and data relationships through ERDs. Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience working collaboratively with business and technical teams. 5+ years of experience in ETL development and understanding data transformation processes. Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with Tableau and Business Objects. Experience in technical writing to facilitate communication between business and technical project teams. Proficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin) and a solid understanding of ERDs and data modeling principles. Experience with MS SQL Server and Oracle databases. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience with Tableau and Business Objects. Familiarity with IBM DB2. In-depth experience creating and maintaining ERDs in the ERwin tool.
