Expert Knowledge of Vertica Architecture - Vertica Enterprise and Vertica Eon. Expertise in installing/upgrade and maintaining 50+ Vertica environments. 5+ year experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization in Vertica which includes projections, partitions Maintain Vertica databases and assist with regular OS patching. Troubleshoot and resolve Vertica issues for aggressive SLA need in production environment. Maintain database services, database monitoring and performance tuning Enhance and add more tools for automation of manual tasks for DBA activities - bash and python Experience in Vertica Upgrades and maintenance activits.
