Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects. Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases. Ensure successful implementation of Service Now solutions by coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders. Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
