Description: The SRE Delivery Manager would have the following responsibilities Provide oversight and governance to various SRE activities that happen in Pod 5-7 Track day-to-day incidents and move them towards closure Responsible for managing the backlog for LTCM for Quality 1 platform Reliability and Availability, from an SRE perspective Assume end-to-end ownership/responsibility for platform related incidents, mobilize support from various teams and Pods and drive progress Make priority calls in consultations with PO/Principal Engineer on Product & SRE Features Own SLOs and Error budgets for Platforms Own technology trials & POCs, create plans for evaluations and interface with external vendors Publish reports and update key stakeholders on state of SRE implementations Collaborate with legacy Pods (1-4) and other organizations (Chofer etc) to identify key Product & SRE features to determine SRE Roadmap Continue to Streamline processes for incident management, problem management and change management.
