The Enterprise Solutions Architect will help to build strategy, design and execute a roadmap for Insurance Advisory Services (IAS) line of business. This role involves working closely with the business and IT stakeholders in defining an architecture that will satisfy our IAS business requirements. Need candidates who are ready to join as fulltime with client after 6 months time. Enterprise Solutions Architect Location Tampa, Florida day one onsite. C2C role 6+months Primary Responsibilities: 1. Develop technical standards, guidelines, and reference architectures based on industry trends. 2. Collaborate with IT business partners and leaders to create technical solutions for business needs. 3. Prototype solution development to ensure component compatibility and pattern adoption. 4. Establish and maintain system and application architectures. 5. Define engineering standards, capture implementation patterns, and ensure high-quality documentation. 6. Handle cloud architecture design, testing, and prototyping of cloud-native applications. 7. Deep understanding of AWS and Azure, with experience in deploying scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems. 8. Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks, staying updated on technology trends, risks, and opportunities in the Cloud and AI domain. 9. Implement effective CI/CD pipelines, version control, and configuration management. 10. Develop operational models, encompassing Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, and continuous information security optimization. 11. Facilitate product selection as part of Architecture Standards definition. 12. Lead the development of data processing patterns; improve data management and harmonization capabilities. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. 2. Strong relationship building skills to maintain positive interactions with key stakeholders. 3. Exceptional analytical skills to provide data-driven insights. 4. Ability to efficiently manage competing interests and find mutually beneficial solutions. 5. Proficiency in persuading others towards achieving a common goal through effective communication. 6. Ability to assess the impact of decisions on various stakeholders and adjust strategies accordingly. Education & Experience: 1. A Bachelor's degree is required. 2. Preferably, the candidate should have 15+ years of relevant experience.
