| Role: Scrum master Location: San Antonio, TX 12 months : To facilitate the project team by removing impediments that affect team s velocity to ensure consistent quality and timelines of output as committed (1.) To organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings. (2.) To provide guidance in adopting Agile practices such as iterative development, self-organization, and continuous improvement. (3.) To update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product and Sprint Backlogs (4.) To assist team with making appropriate commitments by facilitating discussions on story selection and task definition, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and consensus. (5.) To communicate with stakeholders, including product owners, customers, and management, to provide visibility into the team's progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
