Role: SAP SuccessFactors Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite) Essential Skills: - At least 2 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors compensation implementation experience or support experience - A minimum of 3 full cycle SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation project implementations - Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation knows how - University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent - Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems - Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner - Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad - Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation knows how - Good at logical thinking and problem solving. - Good communication in both business language. - Good at communication in English language is required. - Understanding of business processes and SAP HCM/SF functions are the good points. - Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module Best regards, Yash ITech US, Inc.
