Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and practices. Remove impediments to the teams progress and foster a self-organizing environment. Ensure transparency by maintaining the Scrum board and tracking progress. Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlog items and refine user stories. Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions. Foster collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders. Continuously improve team performance through metrics and feedback loops. Facilitate cross-functional coordination and resolution of dependencies. Act as a servant leader and advocate for Agile values and principles within the organization. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and practices. Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices. Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to coach and mentor teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement. Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus-building. Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar software. Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) is often preferred. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership.
