Role - Technical Support Specialist Location - Remote Having 4 to 6 years of experience in a technical support role preferably with Snowflake, Coalesce and Airflow. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Expert in SQL and Databases. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot any issues related to data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing. Manage and maintain Airflow workflows. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems. Good to Have Experience with other data integration tools and any visualization platforms. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Certification in Snowflake, Coalesce, or Airflow. Working Conditions: This position requires occasional on-call support and the ability to work flexible hours.
